Remove the scan lines they kill the sig 
Maybe rotate the guns 90 degress and add a background
But as it is its not really good. Your current sig is better.

If you must have scanlines, use diagonal ones and lower the opacity. Diagonal look better and at the moment, the scan lines are making it seem dark distracting the fobecause off the gun and bullets.
