We had the candidates for our area in the year 12 and 13 assembly to talk to us. The Conservative bloke had his hands down the back of his trousers the whole time >.< , the Labour woman's whole 'why we should vote for her' speech was "(deep masculine voice) I'm a woman! Break through the glass ceiling! I went to this school! Vote an ex Wycombe High pupil in!" Err.. no, love. The Lib Dem bloke was amazing, seriously. Didn't treat us like idiots, and actually made sense. The UKIP guy was absolutely hil-fecking-larious. He starts off with " Go down to the cinema, and everyone you see has foreign name badges. These people are stealing your jobs! " in front of a sixth form approximately 1/4 asian or from europe. When he saw us all making faces, he got lost "..erm... Death taxes! Your parents will all kick the bucket in the next 10/20 years, and the goverment want to kick you in the pocket for it!" Poor guy... I felt so sorry for him..
I also helped to run our school's mini election, which was entertaining. There was a candidate from each party per year group, and everyone voted on ballots and things. The year 12 politics party YOOF won 3 seats, Green won 2, Lib Dems won 2, Labour won 1. Tories and MRL won none Rawkin!

So yes. Thoughts.
And Lee, shouldn't they just favour Britons? What's being white got to do with being British?

If you have the chance to vote, but don't, you have no right to complain about the government we get.

It irritates me that people don't vote when people have died for everyone over 18 to have that democratic right. If you're not voting out of protest, it's much better to just cross the 'abstain' box on the ballot.
If you have the chance to vote, but don't, you have no right to complain about the government we get.
True but my mum dont complian I dnt think she really cares it just dont interests her I dont think it ever has

I've had no jews in my family at least since 1750...Not true.. we've had coloured peoples here since the 18th century, and unless you can follow you true British liniage that far back, you can't really use that as an arguement.
And as for that voting thing - I can't vote (yet), but I wouldn't even if I could - whatever you choose you're going to lose - the best political party in Poland in terms of its goals is Młodzież Wszechpolska, but even that still leaves some more things to be desired

Seriously though... please, be more specific of what do you want to say - there's no such thing as 'Polish in ten EZ steps' - it's much more complex even than german

Yep, that's a major annoyance Sure, I don't expect a tourist or a traveller to learn Polish (!!!), but if someone wants to actually WORK or learn... (work? don't be joking, there is NO work here!)Pfft that's what I hate, people who live in this country who can't speak English, same goes for all the English going to Spain and not learning spanish, utterly disrepsectful in my opinion.
