Bit of Constructive Critisim mate.not alot of work put into it
Well firsty you forgot the stroke on both sigs, render can do with some blending on 1st sig, adding a mask to the image layer and brushing. Think you need to use some more brushes too.
Oh and dont like the green blobs too much >_<

I'll just comment on your dragonball one
when choosing a picture to be put in a sig, try to find one that is high quality
it really makes a difference, the one you chose is kinda fuzzy
looks kinda like you scanned it from a poster or comic or whatever
[well at least the sources you got it from did that... or looks AS THOUGH they did]
the green blobs .. or whatever they are is kinda pointless, ruins the overall bg
make the bg more colourful, try to blend in the character
what I mean by this is not may the character blend INTO the bg
but the bg blend WITH the character
(by making the bg similar colour than the character)
it USUALLY looks good that way, not always, just sometimes
you're overall bg (excluding the colour) is still kinda dull, do more fancy things...
im not trying to be harsh, just trying to make you realize what you can do instead to improve it
[and the stuff strife pointed out ofcourse]
good try, you have a bright future ahead of you
lol...
