Erm, dont think you stroked it? You can try a simple black px boarder, by selecting all edit > stroke > 2px black. Oh and put the stroke on a new layer above all else! You can try the 3px stroke, 1px black, 3px a colour, 1px black again... well thats how I do mine!

that's ok for your first time, ilike how you could even render that shadow image cause I tryed and gave up in the middle of it, but here's some advice: I think you should make the sig bigger, put a stroke on, blend the images in a little bit, and maybe put the images under the colour balance (if you have one), and maybe you could of added a bit more brushing to the background
