Well I contacted Elz as he needed a layout and made him one

Took me atleast 2 hours of making. I am not advertising the site so please do not delete the site I am merely asking for feedback on the design.

Hey star think you could give some pointers? I mean, I would love to make a web layout just not sure really where to start. The whole thing seems daunting at times <_<

Basically I would start to learn the basics of HTML. www.draac.com ^_^

then code a layout like me

If you look at it, its very limited on graphics. And its mostly just coding. (right click view source

)

Cheers mate, look forward to seeing it. I know some html myself, just some basic coding. I've made simple sites in my past and well you pick it up

havent touched html for ages though... I be rusty :x

Just designing/planning a web layout... I just really dont know where to begin.

Basically I visualise what I want to do and if it helps do a rough sketch on a piece of paper. Even before I start the graphics side I always code the layout first of it then I work on the graphics. More in the tutorial.
