I like it lots man. Only thing I might change is in the avatar the h is kind of on a scanline makin it look weird. Maybe move that pixel or two over

The sig is great, but not too sure on the ava though 
The lines with Tech underneath spoil it 
Oh and make sure text is above the scanlines on the sig!
