I finally got to the honey potion for illusen last week and she asks for a 250k I have the money no prob but no one was on to accept the trades then they all like all 4 got online 3 minutes after...

haha, i'm trying for the I-staff. I have the same problem as you but usually after the honey potion lvl.
I've got 5 honey potions from doing Illusen's Quest. =p
Highest level attained was lvl 43.

It's really annoying when no one has the item at all though, if it's trading post then you have a chance =p
