Actually, I think he just said that there are 3 random events consecutively, not 3 bad events. The last event is actually good. The stamp collector is donating to him Scordrax Stamp (worth about 2 million NP).

I wonder if that stamp RE can give those 300m stamps, if so it might make the stamp avvies more obtainable.

I think they were giving them out earlier when The Coincidence started, but Neo realized they were being given out and fixed the system..
