I'm sorry to post on a dead topic but I have problems with this program and I dont know why =/ I'll run it and the main window will come up and I'll click and it will just freeze.

Make sure you have the required 15 np on hand, to pay for the 1st game. That's the problem usually...

lol, if you forget that. take your hand away from the computer and slap yourself... Then, make sure you password is long with numbers and letters (forgot the exact amount) but if you get that security chia after logging in, that effects it also.

Hey guys before I took a long break from neopets and neocodex I used to use this prog. alll the time and I never got frozen. I also got like 3 xmas pbs from ti in about 2 weeks so yeah the freeze rate is very low. And I just downloaded it again! Time to do the same thing.

I absolutely LOVE this thing =) Working very, very well for me - I can sometimes even do other stuff like game or browse on the same account.

I found one thing annoying, though, but it isn't this programs fault, it's Microsoft's.

On foreign language computers, esp. east asian ones [japanese, chinese], programs like these rarely work.

(I own a chinese laptop and 2 english computers)

I used it properly for the first time yesterday and got a Super Icey Negg and a codestone. I probably played about 900 games I think . I have heard that you can get Christmas Paintbrushes by using it you see and with Christmas coming up I figured I would paint my pet.
