I heard a very similar story like this when I watched the documentary about ferrel children. This gril was kept in her room with the windows painted black for 13 years. When they found her she was mentally challenged. When they wanted to bring the father to court he comitted suicide. Eventually she was given half custody to her mom and half to some government guys. She never learned to talk and never quite learned to cope normally

She was 3 foot 11?!? WTF
I remember seeing a story about two boys who were raised in the forest, and at night they were locked in a cage... They had instincts of wolves...
