I don't know what Jillian is being beat up on, I should probably read all three pages of this topic xD

But I LOVE Green Day. Honest to God, I love them! I don't care if they are getting out of date, I love their music, I love their lyrics, their originality. I can't say I like the guys in the band, they irritate me a bit but I love the tunes! Everything but those three weirdo's who make up Green Day

I'm getting their Live CD/DVD album for Christmas

Analoge, I swear you'll absolutely LOVE Bullet In A Bible, it is awesome, 2 awesome hours of footage. The way Sam Bayer put it together is wicked. It transfers from Black and white to colour every so often, and tons of interviews also. Have fun watching it.


I also have to say I LOVE Green day and that whole Genre of music hence my name Punk. Geez I love Green Day, Blink, Sum 41, Yellowcard, Not By Choice, My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, Gorillaz, June, Incubus and the list continues.

Stop the squabble about Green Day... Each of you are entitled to your opinion, and condescending comments or personal attacks should stop. Rawr.


If you wish the conflict to continue, I suggest you either stop completely and make amends, or it be done on another medium than the board (PM, etc...). This is to discuss your own opinion about Green Day, not defeat or challenge anyone else's because frankly, it is doubtful they will change their opinion from what you tell them.

Green Day is.. alright. I used to like them a lot more than I do now, but I don't mind listening to them every once in a while.

I'd much rather listen to their earlier stuff, though, most notably Dookie and Warning. American Idiot.. I don't know. It just rubs me the wrong way. I can listen to it, but I'd much rather have something else to blast my ears
