I'm making something on flash for a project, and I'm trying to make this animation.. Like in the old black and white films, they had a countdown: 5,4,3,2,1.. in the white circle with a black bg.. hard to explain. But yeah, if anyone could find a tutorial on that or possibly explain to me how to do that, that would be GREAT.

Also, I also need some good flash tutorial websites in general.

yeah I tried googlin, but couldnt find any in fact all the flash tutorial sites I found from google were mostly trash
