I thought it was 2 verbal warnings, then a warning before you go on mod preview.
Nein. There aren't any official rules to it. That's being worked on though.

Eggy, Think of it like this, You made it Full Programmer so you know if you improve a bit then you can make it again

Don't sweat it eggy. It's just a rank, and if you can adjust a few things like your attitude and help towards the general programming area, you will get it back.
