Well this guy was very dishonest in doing what he did. I would have to have a long chat with him making sure he woudln't do it again. And then he would have to prove it.

Exactly! He was already given a second chance and he still proved dishonest. Letting him back in is just plain stupid considering there is no real 'proof' that a person can make that can guarentee honesty.

Well of course he was apologizing...he'd been caught keylogging (I think it was that, I know he got access to a few member's accounts) after being banned before and he knew he'd be banned for good. Trying to apologize was probably just a way to try and get on your good side.

Also as Doug mentioned, he had a second chance. He blew that one also.

I never really liked Jamie.
He was awesome at Gfx, but that was about it. He tended to get rather violent when he got pissed off.

And anyways... banned twice. Why should be let back in?

The only person that I can think of that was banned twice then let back in was RDD, which resulted in him doing the same stuff and getting banned again.
