It doesnt get me frozen, when Im adopting painted pets, on a "Newbie" account.

Impossible - a newbie account cannot adopt painted pets
Only 4 month old accounts can adopt.

Although I'm not sure why you said "newbie" in "" so maybe I'm missing something.

Then explain to me why Ive adopted a shadow Graarl and pink pheophin in one day on a day old account?

Neopets lies with that four month bit -.-

And its in parenthesses cus Im talking about the Rank... (1week or less old account)
