Well said, Sida. Excellent, a level headed thinker tongue.gif

It's dead before they do that... usually. wink.gif Here, we gut it then put it in the bucket, where it dies. Or we let it die then gut it, depends rolleyes.gif

Lol i remember once i went fishing
My dad took me, but neither him nor me knew anything about fishing.

I caught a fish, can't remember what type...but it was decent sized.
We had no idea what it was...so my dad placed a sheet of newspaper on the grass and put the fish in it leaving it to suffercate (Could you call that drowning a fish?)

Anyway, it turns out that later on he wraped it up still alive and put it in the freezer...he ate it 2 days later with no clue what the hell it was.

In Korea, some people don't even let them die - they cut them alive while they're alive! Rumors say that the fish tastes more "lively" that way.

yeah, that's what we sometimes do, gut and let die, because apparently fish brains know something is wrong, but they're too small to process pain. Same as lobster...

Do they eat the fish alive? xD

Well, if the fish somehow manages to survive while cut up into a dozen pieces, yes. But they usually die before that happens. sad.gif
