The help files say that applications occur once every two months. How does it happen? Is a new topic made, then people submit applications? I'm probably nowhere near qualified to apply, but I'm just curious how it works.

There is an announcement in the news and then a forum is opened up for public viewing where you post your apps

And if you've been here 2 months and have over 2 PPD you can apply.

Yer. random hit the nail on the head. You fill out an application (a questionaire really) and after a couple days, we close the forum and private+ members vote on whether or not we want you in. Pretty simple

They occur on the first of the month, in alternating months. The next apps open in three days
