I know there have been many, many topics on this. And I've searched through a lot of them. But they have different answers.

Are the restocks in one shop:

1. Completely random, no pattern whatsoever
2. Random, but within a set range of time
3. Right on the dot, with a set time

All restocks stay and remain the same. like food is always 0-2 or 0-3 or something like that.

Aha! So it's within a range. I'm glad I didn't delete the list of times for each shop.

I believe it's completely random now. In toy shop today with my ABer, I managed to buy items at these seconds past the minute: 03,13,16,32,39,42,47,51 and 58. I see no significance with these times, other than they are now randomly stocked.
