I'm not sure if Codex will give away its Private programs for money. Why not donate the money to Codex and work yourself up to Private?

Donating to Neocodex is always a good idea, and may increase your chances of gaining access to the private programs.

Each program has a check on it which will make sure your a member of the site and you are elligable to use it. So even if you did get a hold of the programs here, you couldn't use them unless the creater took off the check, but your probably going to be warned or something. You really should earn your way to the programs.
