Sorry if I'm invading on this thread, but does that site accept non-verified paypal accounts' payments?

Umm... I'm under the country "australia" and so since I'm not connected to a bank/don't have a credit card, I'm unverified...

You can, you just have a sending and recieving limit.
One thing i'm curious about, without a credit card, how do you have a PayPal account in the first place? Even if it is unverified...unless you haven't registered one with you account, in that case you won't be able to pay anyway.

my paypal is unverified and i have a 9 thousand dollar sending limit, but thats probly cuase I have my CC hooked up to it.
anyway, tigerdirect.com is a paypal perferd store, i think. Check there barebone systems and overstocks for some cheap prices.
also, im not sure if they do paypal, but i think so. Try directron.com, for your first time buying from them you get free shipping or a 10 dollar discount (which evers less) you could also get a free gift from them. just check there discounts page.

I have a verified paypal, it's hooked up to my Bank Account I have... $2000.00 sending limit or something? Not sure... You can just make an empty PayPal account, with no cards or anything, and get someone else to send you money into it, and use that money...

Since I signed up under Australia, I have limits of I think 1,000 USD (not sure exactly what it is) but yeah, I can receive and send USD.
