I hope someone here can help me

So I've got a new mp3 player (avais) and everything worked fine, suddenly I got an error (don't remember what is was) and I searched the internet for answers and it said I just had to format it, so I did, when finished I got the error HDD acces error...I have no idea what to do since (I think) if you format it it should work again...

so is there anyway to fix this and not going back to the shop to trade it?

Ok than back to the shop it is...

also I've got another question, if I plug in my headphone I had to put it in half so I'd have to press on it all the time or else there would only come out music from one side...so I'm taking it back as soon as I can
