this is what they do:

first time, you click pay out the make you an account in an online bank and send you a debit card with money on it... lets say you made $20 you want to cash out you click pay me now they send a debit card with $20 on it, then u made $20 more you click pay me now and it right away goes to your debit card... or you can do it monthly.. but you have to have like a bank a ccount and $100 monthly so they would send it out to you.. if its not $100 then they go to another month and if its not $100 yet it gos again...

matter show u want to get paid if you want to get paid monthly toy must have atleast $100 a month on chacha account, if yes then they dont care... they automaticly put $100 to your bank account, if your going for just pay me whenever I click pay then u need to set up a bank account with an online bank and they check ur social if it matches with your account and will send you your card in the mail and will put money on it..
