Wow....
That movie was utter crap (yes, that was intentional) Watch a real musical, like any movie from over 10 years ago would qualify.
Seriously, 'The Outsiders' had better acting than High School Musical..

Popular boy on the basketball team and smart-but-cute science nerd both try out for the school musical, defying stereotypes, etc.
Honestly, it's catchy but terribly lame.
