Extract it with winrar or winzip (Preferably winrar, its gooder). 
Yes, thats right, I used the word gooder.
Seriously though, Ive never heard of the program you are using And even though winrar says you need to subscribe or something dumb like that, you dont.

alot of the programs dont work anymore bad luck buddy, you should of leeched them out months ago when the worked
