I really want to get my account back since I was playing legit. 1we8.gif

But they never respond to their emails.

Is there anyway to directly contact them through phone or something? tongue.gif

It takes longer if you use the form. If you contact one of the staff directly, it would go a lot faster.

Can't help you with any email addresses, though. Sorry.

I think maybe you could probably use the ones that are automated? 1we8.gif I dunno.

Each time I was frozen for using programs, which the last time I wasn't, I got contacted by [email protected]...

And then with the scam thing (I got my account back..) I got contacted by [email protected]

So I think that each person has their own department, and that if you found the right person in the department, you should probably contact them.

Make sense? 1we8.gif

Think about it from their side. If you call them or email them i doubt they really care about 1 member who goes on their site for free that dose visit a neopets cheating site (They probably know). XD

Lol that's true. 1we8.gif But the last account I was playing on was legit. sad.gif

But I've had a history. xD So whatever. Hmmm. maybe I could go to their headquarters and march in there with an army. xD

Then I'd probably get arrested. @@

HAHA. We'll get an army of frozen people and go beat on their doors with a battering ram. xD

And then we'll cut their power lines and they'll be huddled up in their until they release all our accounts. LOL.

We'll give them a filtered laptop that only has a 30 minute battery life. smile.gif

like mine. xD

or we could just reactivate one of their computers and shut it down if we see them trying to call for help. wink.gif

An army of angry frozen players would be massive. As big (probably bigger) than the military.

Yeah I know seriously.

I bet there are probably more frozen accounts than like. All of China's military. @___@

That would be a big army.

Too bad George Bush is so stupid that he's killing off all our troops in Iraq. D:

Well I looked around...

And apparently Neopets HQ's address is:

Neopets
450 N Brand Blvd Fl 2
Glendale, CA 91203

and their front desk (I think...) phone number is 1-818-551-4338.

I'm gonna try calling it tomorrow, see as they're not in the office right now.

Haha I guess they're not on Grand. sad.gif

I read it wrong. xDD Oops. D:

Haha I think I have their fax number somewhere...

We should mass fax them in big letters,

GIVE US OUR ACCOUNTS BACK. GIVE US OUR ACCOUNTS BACK. GIVE US OUR ACCOUNTS BACK. GIVE US OUR ACCOUNTS BACK. GIVE US OUR ACCOUNTS BACK.

Haha I'm crazy.

Danngg. I wish I lived in Cali.

1we8.gif

Because they have great waves there. I live in Miami...

And it's sticky and hot but it can nice at night. It's warm enough to just sit outside. xD

Plus I the beach is just beyond my backyard, so it's really nice to hold parties there. biggrin.gif

"usually it takes a couple of weeks for them to respond to emails"

More like: On the VERY VERY VERY odd time they respond within a couple of weeks. But usually it takes about a year.
