Alright guys and gals I recently decided I wanted to start programming.As you all know I would need to learn a launguage.Well I'm going with two languages because that is what I want to learn.I'm having trouble deciding which I want to do the most.This is where you all come in.So I was wondering if anybody who has made a program before would tell me what language they wrote it in.You dont have to I was just wondering.Thanks in advance.(sorry for the long post  :lol: )

er, if you are new to programming, try VB. and also, they say C++'s easier.... :lol:

From what I hear c++ isnt easier.But in any case I might learn both I'm just not sure which I want to learn first.

if your willing to spend come ti'me go for c++, then you can make awwwsome progs, if u don't wanna spend much ti'me at all go for vb it is a lot slower the c++ but it'll do the job

Right thanks guys.I decided I'm going to learn c++ and vb andd I'm going to learn Vb then c++.

Any good websites you can learn C++ from?.....I was gonna post about the exact same thing :angry: .

Not that I know of but I got a good book by sams publishing.Its called teach yourself c++ in 21 days.(It most likely will take longer than that to understand and be fluent :angry: .)
