If you look in the bottom right corner of the screenshot you might notice its says Beta 2. RC2 was the last public beta release (to my knowledge) and those say RC2 on the screen. Here is the link to a RC2 screen Link
Personally I dont like Vista. It appears to be a weak attempt by Microsoft to copy Apples OS. Plus Vista is a monster memory and processor eater. Its a good thing you can use portable USB sticks as RAM because if your system has less than 2gb your in for a disappointment.
