I'm trying to develop my traps and lats, but the only gym equipment I have are two dumbbells. What's the best way to train them?

Wouldn't flys help with lats? Honestly, i'm not much for building muscle; atm, I'm concentrating on staying in shape.

Yeah, I actually use that site, too. tongue.gif But they don't have any dumbbell exercises for traps and lats.

Are there any home exercises with dumbbells that can help me train them?

In the meanwhile, I'm gonna go check out the ones Noit suggested.

Agreed tongue.gif If you're in the scrum, your legs will get quite a workout, along with your shoulder muscles, and various others xD

By the way, why Rugby? Is Rugby especially known to use your traps and lats? Or are you people suggesting it because it's good for overall fitness?

You could do pullups for lats, though I'm not sure how, without any equipment. Maybe use the door frames in your house? tongue.gif
