well i was at blockbuster going through the isles and i noticed all these movies that i wanted to see when i was like 9 or 10 (somewhere around there) but couldnt because my mom didnt want me to see them. long story short i picked up The Butterfly Effect and Sum of All Fears and they were both really good. So either way what are you favorite 90's movies?

I really liked Layer Cake, to be honest. Too many films amongst my favourites, but that's certainly up there along with LoTR and The Matrix.

LoTR isn't from the 90s! *spanks* And anyway, you're a fan of the books, surely that means you hate the films for all the parts they get wrong? Or is it just my parents that insist on ranting about it every time it's even mentioned? -_-

Shh. Not from the 90s, but lets pretend. And yeah, I can see the perspective of your parents for it not pertaining to the books at parts, but until I get better at directing than Peter Jackson, I won't complain. They're awesome to watch, really.

Hmm.. I had to google it too because I can't keep up with dates of a lot of older movies....

SOO some of mine are:

The Nightmare Before Christmas!!!!!
Forrest Gump
Silence of the Lambs
Lion King
The Matrix
The Sixth Sense
Pulp Fiction
Austin Powers

... And I'm sure there's tons of Disney movies.

Favourite: The Matrix, but then there's other good ones too like, Titanic, Lion King, Forest Gump, American Beauty, Braveheart, Toy Story/2, Jurrassic Park, Fight Club and Sixth Sense. I can't remember any others and I had to do a google search of movies in the 90's to even come up with most of those due to in being over 7 years ago now o.o

Taking off this Fight Club I remember all those XD
Was so fun rem, embering about these movies
O.o Finding Nemo isn't from 90's i_i

How could no-one mention Pulp fiction or Lethal weapon 4. There are many great movies from the 90's but I prefer the newer types of films, particulary the year 2002 and onwards.

The hilarious South park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut is obviously a top 10 favourite.

Hmm Irony.

By the way, I believe Saving Private Ryan was in the 90's, and that was unmarkibly one of the best war films in the decade.
