Well, on Wednesday, I went to a Sanctity & Children of Bodom concert. Went into the middle of the mosh, started hardcore dancing, and got knocked in the back of the head within 4 minutes. Blacked out, went to the little "Medical Tent" they had at the concert and woke up with a massive headache. It still hasn't gone away, but it's been gradually nullifying. But now, it's starting to intensify once more =(

Mmm... I have horrid headaches about every other day. It truly, truly sucks. Sometimes they get so bad that I puke. Apparantly they're a tension mixed with migrane and occasionally sinus. So basically I have to take amidrine which is a mild relaxant mixed with a pain killer and it's the only thing that works. Advil takes the pain away and sometimes the whole headache, but it won't take the dizziness or the nausea. Honestly I do swear as soon as a girl reaches womanhood she starts getting bad headaches. A lot of my friends get them and they all started when they were 17 or 18 :\

Umm.. when I have a headache I always drink talenol lol.

Actually Tet, my girlfriend has the exact same symptoms as you. Though not as frequent, she seems to puke and occasionally lose vision. It really sucks.

Erm well, I get headaches often (daily, or every other day at minimum) but not from being wacked. I know why. o.o
I get headaches because I don't eat. I don't eat because Im never hungry, and it's my bodys way of telling me when I'm hungry instead of er .. feeling hunger. I do feel hungry though, but not often enough I suppose. Plus, Im very picky and so unless there's a certain type of food in my house that Im presently wanting, even if I do like other options I have, I wont eat because it's not the food I like the most at the moment. Soo I dont eat.
But even after I get the headaches still stay. So I eat and take pills. >_>

I get headaches 3-4 days a week. Usually it's at school because I don't eat. I got one today at my quiz bowl tournament. Not good when your a starter(we only had one substitute, so I played most of the rounds). We still advanced, and we had lunch after that game, so we ate and it went away once the knock-out tournament play began.

Tip for the wise: A large percentage of moderate level headaches are caused by a lack of protein in your body, particularly in your brain. Whenever I get a headache, I'll take a baby asprin and eat a shitload of peanut butter and it goes away

Yep, I have to watch myself, or my blood iron and protein levels will get too low. Being a somewhat vegetarian does have its downsides :\ Still enjoy the occasional fish though

I usually get headaches after I run in the morning. It wasn't so bad in the summer, but it sucks in the winter.

Ugh tell me about it. I'm the same, don't like meat much. Well I'll see if I can eat more beans, soy, and lentils, i suppose. My stomach doesn't like meat much at all.

I rarely get headaches, thank god.
And I have the most unhealthy diet ever...fast good, lots of meat, salad maybe twice a week, lots of carbs, soda....how I manage to stay below 170 pounds is a miracle.

it's good that you solved your problem.

if I move around too much, I'll get a headache... if i stand up too quick I'll also get a headache, and even pass out some times.

I'm very cautious in the shower, if the water is too hot, and I bend over/stand up, I will also pass out from that.

it's hard trying to shave my legs in the shower (standing up, bent down), because I have to pay attention and watch for the signs i always get before i pass out... usually it's dizzynes, and always right before I'm about to pass out, I lose my hearing a bit.

I'm a very sickly girl. XD I pass out a lot.

Headaches suck I say go to the doctor.
