Throw any sort of thing you can weigh yourself with out the window, along with all mirrors. Then your problem is solved tongue.gif.

It's not only just that. I HAVE to care because even being 20 pounds overweight can increase your risk of several cancers and diabetes signifigantly sad.gif I have to start young while I can still lose weight and get into healthy habits which I can keep lasting. I don't want to lose years off my life.

Well at least your looking after yourself smile.gif. I just let my metabolism take care of the weight I put on. After I'm done with puberty and if I'm still crushing my brother when I sit on him, I promised myself I'd eat healthier and start looking after myself

Hahaha, I remember having a good metabolism... ...at 14...

then I started gaining weight and couldn't do that anymore. i used to be able to eat like... 8 scoops of ice cream in one day and even LOSE weight. I started puberty too early and stopped growing too fast sad.gif

1we8.gif I counted calories for a week once... far too much hassle, but I was curious how much I consume in an average week..
it came out to around 2600/day.
To maintain the same weight, my body needs ~3200 a day anyways.. so I'm steadily losing weight, really.. just very very slowwwwwwwwwlyyyyyy... laugh.gif

I couldn't stand counting calories all the time though. Gah, way more trouble than it's worth.

a pound of fat has 3600 calories, so you should be losing one pound every week or so smile.gif

Lol Cody. My quote means judge yourself before you start forming opinions about me. Lol, I did ecstasy, and haven't in like 1 month - it's not an addictive drug either, like cocaine. There are far more cases of cocaine ruining people's lives than ecstasy.

i don't really see where ur coming from, it's not like you said "people are idiots and if they want to die from a cocaine addiction so be it", you said and btw, although xtc isnt physically addicting liek cocaine, heroine it can lead to an addiction that cannot be without the emotional high u reach on it

Yeah I get my caffeine from diet coke. I really just don't like the taste of coke, but love love love diet coke. I know it's odd, don't worry about that.

Yeah, I know what you mean about diet pop.. I've recently become addicted to any citrus flavored diet pop (Sprite, Sierra Mist, 7-up, etc). Too bad none of them have caffeine tongue.gif

That just shows your ignorance of Amphetamines and MDMA.

Good old cups of tea are what keeps me going. Anyone that has me on MSN knows I fetch a cup through like every half hour through the day. I actually want one now o-o.
