Pull Ups Or Chin Ups

How many can u do? i can around 4.. Challenge a guy friend today and he could not even do 1 whereas i can do 4!

i do 35 pull ups a day, 50 push ups and 65 sit ups.

Never tried them, therefor i doubt I could do any. I stick to variation press ups. tongue.gif

35 pull ups a day and no chins? u shouldnt only concentrate on ya lats, do chin ups for bicep. and how tall/ how much do you weigh? plus are u doing these 35 in a row, or with reps


i never really see how many i can do in a row, i usually do reps of 10-15..prolly could do a pretty good amount if i did as much as possible

Whats the difference between pull ups and chin ups? o.0

chinups you are looking at your palm, pullups are the opposite.

Last time I tried chinups when I was fresh I think I maxed around 20.

Mostly free weights and machines for me.

Uhh. Does the way you hold your hands really matter? I can do 5 PULL-UPS in a row. Not sure how many chin-ups, although I'm assuming that they're easier, since Necon can do more in a row.

That is if u have a massive back and absolutley no bi's. I never do regular pull ups only wide grip at the gym i can do about 15 of those.
