I am chris. i found this while, looking for programs, and i was shocked to see that there are no requirements to get yours.

It's hard to read because he forgot to turn of anti-aliasing. Pixel fonts + anti aliasing = nono.
Welcome to NeoCodex! Yes, there's no requirements because we feel that if you want to get the real programs, which are in private, it should be on your own free will -- not having to make x posts to use the public ones.

Aah right, I thought he'd set it to smooth or something like that, that always messes up pixel fonts.

Welcome to Neocodex. The whole idea is that we offer the programs to those who want them, and whoever wants to improve the well-being of the site will stick around and get the Private Member rank to get better programs.
