It's been awhile since i've been into neo, but yes thats around the average price. Just use the programs we have here and you'll have enough money to buy it in no time.

Everyone once in a while you get a piece of the map from a random event but in the end you still need to buy some.most of it.

Thank you! The good thing is I am using the programs and saving up as much neopoints as possible, but how can the price range 45k-90k (a peice)? I guess I will try to auction it!

I miss the good old days when they were 200k. Anyways, newbies often get them in random events, dont know their value, andn put themin their shops at anywherefrom 1 to 1000 np. So be on the lookout for those as well.
