If someone died in this forum, what would you do? It doesn't necessarily have to be anyone "important" or staff or anything. It could even be some new user.
What if you found out that this person died, either tragically, or peacefully?

Just a question... nobody here is thinking about suicide (so far as I know.)

Now discuss... What would you do?
Also, you can discuss the one thing that you would most be afraid of getting out in public on this forum, on the web, or IRL about you upon your death.

I personally wouldn't be too deeply affected by it unless if it were Brooke, Faraaz, Chris, or Ryan. The other people on here, I know slightly and might call them friends, but wouldn't be deeply disturbed for weeks over them. If Justin or Cara died, I might be depressed for a day or so.

I depends on the member. If it was somebody I knew, then I would feel reaally weird reading any of their posts

If someone were to die on Codex, I would probably be disturbed for a while (few weeks). If it was someone I talk to a lot (hydro, alias, zulfi, sl just to name a few) then I'd probably go into serious depression for a long time.

But definitely if anyone, who I knew, were to die on Codex, I would be affected.

I guess if SL64 died, I would feel pretty whack shit... Especially because out of anyones I remember his video autobiography. In fact, if I looked back at any of the deceased members videos I would be pretty freaked out seeing one of their more interactive moments.

In my case, if I died, my friend Alex would probably post it.
If my friend Alex died, I would feel like shit and not even be able to say he died. He is AlexStrifeFF. He is a noobie, but man... if I had the nuts to, after about a few 4 or 5 months I might post it.

There would have to be someone you know in real life that is web savvy, as to search out where you were and let the users know. There's two people that visit this forum that I know of in real life (they are not active though).

None of my drives are encrypted though. Adds too much of a slowdown when I am downloading movies.
No doubt my children are probably going to be into computers as well... so even if I did have a password encrypted drive they would probably have it broken eventually.

Even though I do not know people here that well yet, I would probably go into a depression. I have had too many deaths around me latily. It would also freak me out, and I would think about it a lot. Then I would go to sleep for a few days ><

I have always thought of this when being on forums. Like if someone that I knew was gone for a while on a forum I would always wonder what had happened to them and if they had died. There are some people on other forums that I would be affected if they had died. If someone I didn't know died and I found out, it would be weird.

I'm the same as anyone else, if it was someone I liked and knew and spoke to of course I'd be sad. And even if it was just a random member, if they were active it would certainly be weird for a while, just because it's never happened before and there's this knowledge that they're never going to post again =/. Hopefully though it'll never happen, we're all so young.

Anyways, if I died I guess my parents would think to contact Fox and then she might tell you guys =S. I'unno, I don't like thinking about people dying .

I hate to say it... but I wouldn't mourn for many. This sounds horrible but it's true. I've noticed that since high school I haven't seen any of my friends and I don't miss them whatsoever. I just don't. Maybe they just weren't that close to me... I think I'd be shocked if anyone died but... would I truly feel sorrow? Maybe I'd be a bit sad for them but unless they were a large asset in my life it's almost as if it just doesn't matter. Maybe I just get over missing people easily. But then again if it's someone like Gene I'd... well... let's just say I wouldn't survive that one.

As for me, I would just like to say: Cody, Chase, Ryan, Brooke, Faraaz, Cam, Noit(his name is not coming to mind), Brandon. That is about all who would deeply affect me....

Only Brooke and few close friends know of what I do on the internet. And I have done demonstrations for like, no one, at all. I have long been trying to think of a way to brick both of my computers inc ase of my arrest/death. I really would not want mos tof these things on my computer known by anyone but me.
