i want to make one.. meh ive had this idea for 4 years now.. nearly made one where there was that rs simulator about a year ago. I have all the server side files and stuff, all i have to do is setup the databases and upload the content to my site I hope they don't take legal action against me

Just wanted to know what you think, or ask has anything like this (apart from what i mentioned) ever been done before, or if you would like to help .

A nice graphicist who wants to make me a header and bottom bar would be nice

BTW. i had to create some of the ss files i was missing myself

maybe i am *insane laugh* lol, it takes ages becuase of the insane amount of images and entries into the item database neo puts on the site.. i could do it without images and databases in about a second though.

Good luck with that. You will, of course, get sued. They copyrighted their images, meaning you can not host them anywhere without their permission.

one of 2 things will happen, either your ISP will get a letter from their lawyers demanding your account be suspended and all neopets material removed, or you will get the letter and it will just demand you remove all material or they will sue for a seriously large amount of money.

That seriously is a dumb thing to do.
It is a good idea, but it just doesn't really make sense i guess.
