Has anyone on neopets been unfrozen before if you have or you have not send your story...

i have only been frozen once for no reason and i would like to find out if anyone has been unfrozen to see what my chances are

I've been frozen hundreds of times, and every single account I've lost I've filled in their form, never unfrozen, not even once. I also filled in one of those forms to get un-IP banned (no luck yet). Haha.

I've been unfrozen all except one time, and that's about seven unfreezings. The trick is not to fill out the form, but to send an e-mail directly to one of the representatives.

But usually they'll just send an email back telling you to fill out the form? O.o Always did for me.

And what did you get frozen for in the first place?

I got frozen mostly for cheating, but I just "proved" that I wasn't.

I have tried coming up with all sorts of stories when filling in the form but I never get un-frozen

It's any of the support staff. I know a few names by heart... Bernadette (she's a right moron though so don't write to her), Darcy, Brenden, Heidi, Justin (might be Justine, can't remember). There'll be heaps around though... if I had the time I'd find them but...

it's justin. he just got one of my accounts unfrozen and on another one he reset the birthday cuz i forgot it - i know... im dumb

i was frozen because me and 2 roommates used the same computer and we each had like 2 accounts. so that didn;t go over too well

can i ask cud i get froze as there r 3 of us in my house on neopets all having two accounts? if so how do i prove this is the fact????

ya. it still took about a month to get it back. they are so slow. i was mainly posting to say that the staff members name was justin and not justine

you should just put a notice on your user lookup. that usuallty does it. i do that now

I was frozen three times, the first two I sent them the email (filled out the form) and they let me return both times (think I was scammed the first time, a long time ago, and the second I signed on at my friend's house and they thought someone was stealing my account so they froze it for safety reasons). The third time I just stopped playing for a while because that annoyed me (I had too many accounts, apparently.. funny thing is that they didn't freeze the one that was worth the most..)

lol nope, that never helps. Putting a notice on your look-up is useless because anyone can do that even if they're abusing the multiple account rule. TNT have stated many times that this will not do anything at all, that they don't look there, and have no reason to believe you even if they did look. They use different measures... Things like the differences in what you do on the account, and other stuff which they haven't let out.

o well i got frozen for the roommates thing but i told them what was happening and i heard it might help to do that. i was unfrozen but if you say it doesn;t matter then i belive you

no accounts unfrozen but for good reason...

Seeing this thread changes my opinions. Before this I had never heard of anybody being unfrozen under any circumstances.

Yeah Ive never been or seen anyone unfrozen only about 1 or 2 out of alot im suprised

I've been unfrozen before... A friend of mine decided to try abing and she didn't want to get her account iced so she used mine. It was a keylogger. I reported my account as being cged... it was iced then they returned it to me. P:

the best thing to do is just to make a new account and start over because if you were cheating your most likely not going to be able to talk your way out of it...
