Like wtf... how do you get IP banned for using programs. It doesnt work like that. You get chained iced if you use programs or such things like that. Back in my day, the only way you could get IP banned is if you really barked up with the people, IE cookie grabbing, spreading massive trojans around the boards, etc. Things like that.

How are you guys getting iP banned? State the reasons

ip banned as in as soon as you make an account, you get iced.

I ran a beta account generator, short while after that I could not log it. Kept saying it was a bad password. I changed my IP address and it let me log in no problem. I also tested it with a IP hider to make sure it was the IP Addy before I changed it.

It's because most of the people using them are noobs that have no idea what they're doing so they always want things that are the able to gain NP fastest rather than the safest. They deserve everything they get in my opinion.

yup, no matter how mnay warning we give out saying don't abuse your programs and don't set your refreshers to .00001 seconds delay, they still doa nd neopets spots them very quickly and IP bans them so they won't have to worry about that person massing around anymore

I got IP banned while writing my account generator. Apparently l made WAY too many accounts. Something on the order of 2000 (testing!) and it was too much for their bitch asses.

Well yeah if you go 40,000% over their 5 account limit I think you can expect to be IP banned.
