The object is to find Snap, (one of the Rice Krispies guys) in various places throughout neopets.
In order to find him, you must see an ad on the top that says "you've found snap" or anything of the like.
Here's a screeny of one of the ads. (This one is Terror Mountain).
There's 8 places in all. So far (that's been released) in order.
1st place Neopian Central
2nd place is Shenkuu
3rd place is Terror Mountain
4th place is Haunted Woods
5th place is Space Station
Since Neopian Central is a daily place you've gone, you might have already found Snap and not know it. You can check this by clicking here, and then clicking on the tan map that's on the table. At the bottom you might see a "Congratulations you've found Snap in Neopian central click here to claim your prize". If you do see that message, then claim your prize.

If you don't see that message then you haven't found him, you need to go to Neopian Central and look for the ad (this may take several refreshes).
You must do each place in the order given, otherwise you won't get your prizes. So after Neopian Central, go to Shenkuu (click on my links above), refresh (if needed) until you see the ad, click on the ad, collect prize. Then go to Terror Mountation, click on the ad if you see it, claim prize, and etc.
Remember, this may take some time, especially if you have to refresh and how many accounts you might have. I have 10
