Not too long ago I found out how to do that, the main purpose the person did it was free intelligence gain for your pet, and yes, it was Grease Monkey.I KNOW there's a Grease Monkey script atm that does that job (and with some quick editing you can change the amount of times it plays)...
But yes, I would switch over for a program that did the same thing with a more believable wait time.
Though, it never stated the risks at all, as I'm certain there are quite a few.

Just gotta use it in small doses and be smart about it make your you make a few id say 20/30
mules an let them sit for a while 2 weeks probably would be a good amount of time

A Daily Doer, Yes this has been done but not sure quite like this
A daily doer based on visited times such as the snowager, coltzans shrine because said if visited at certain times items differ, What if it did this for every daily doer and had percent chances and depending on the items you're aiming for lets use coltzans as an example if you want to wait and do that daily at a certain time have a dropdown list click lets say dubloons and it will wait for that time because dubloons are random price of the dubloon is random because there are different types, Also lunar temple and stuff like that.
Anyways just an idea

Speed: Every fifth second of the Minute (EG: 21:20:05 NST )
Defence: Every tenth second of the Minute (EG: 21:20:10 NST )
Strength: Every thirty Minutes of the hour (EG: 21:30:00 NST )
Endurance: Every hour of the day (EG: 21:00:00 NST )
Level: Every even (2, 4, 6, 8,...) hour of the day (EG: 14:00:00 NST )
Burnt Food: 11:00 - 12:00 NST
Dubloons: Every 55 seconds past the minute EG: (21:23:55 NST )
10 Strength Points: Every 30 minutes past the hour (must be right on the second!) (EG: 21:30:00 NST)
Snow Wager:

Snowager is random but has patterns
The snowager itself is usually awake throughout the day. However, it does fall asleep between 6-7am, 2-3pm, and 10-11pm
Deadly Dice:
Count Von Roo is awake from 12 - 1 am NST. You can play Deadly Dice with him during that time. On Roo Island.

Is it possible to have a autoplayer for keyquest? I know its a long shot but..
I misread this completely (I thought you said Neoquest)
Keyquest is going to be a super toughie. And it couldn't be an autoplayer... just more of a trainer.
And the damned multi-player aspect seems like a bit much to get around.
I dunno if this is even possible... but I guess you never know what can happen

It might be, I don't see why it would be any better then any other multiplayer game.

All other suggestions except the nq1 is complete they are pending conversion with checks. This part is the long part SL and dro are reall loaded right now
For the dailies there is a system coming out. This time we're also trying to tie in an auto daily doer. But that part might come secondAlso i never got caught my pet is a genius practically
