it all depends on how greedy they get and if they start charging for more shit like they have started to now. Also if something bigger and better does not come out to compete with it then it will be around a lot longer.

No it won't... but it will be able to survive in the midst of all the WoW rage since Neopets has this "different" feel to it. I'll stick with my 25 years, cause that's when Virtual Reality will be kicking in.

I would give it 10 tops before it really takes the shit. If they want to keep up with the rest of the online gaming world, they have to go 3d. Like Wow, Maplestory or Lineage etc.

lol its pretty much an impossible question at this time, could last anywhere from 1 year to 1000 years depending on what the company wants to do over the years, if it stayed like it is now for more than 5-10 more years, it will probably die in 5-10 more years, all it takes is a year or 2 of not making any money or getting unpopular for a site to lose all of its steam, when it does start to die out, they might come with some huge upgrade that will make it popular again, such as making it 3D

What would they ,ake 3D? I see that alot, it's a text based game with images, not really a roaming game or anything. It would have to be completly revamped.

I disagree, the big appeal i had to neopets was that I didn't have to download any extra software, other then the flash player which I already had. Its amazing at work to be able to just hope on and play without having to download anything. : >
