You need the toolbar to find when Tarla is giving away things, then you go to the link the toolbar gives you, it changes everytime. And once Tarla leaves you can't get anything until the next link.

If tarla actually does give it away. Its gonna deflate soooo much. So like yeah, but the rarest thing tarla has given away is starry paint brush and dubloon coin. i think.

Yeah the dublloon coins are pretty nice to sell, i auctioned mine for 115k .
