OH finally i've been spinning the wheel of misfortune for 4 months, 4-6 times a day and finally i got the disese i needed!!! woot yay for the new avy and the new set of trophys i'm bout to get.

Yep ive finally got Meuka but am having a problem killing him...hopefully two days of training will help me do that

My neopets are so weak I don't even bother with trying to go for them...I'm waiting to get NP or items to sell to get NP so I can train my pets ;;

I thought refreshers were really bad for getting you frozen....

how often do you get a random event?

They are quite freezy now. Even using low settings isn't that safe.

But what if one were to set it at a low setting on dice-a-roo? People play that obssessively often, they cna't freeze you for refreshing on that page [since you're playing it, they can't tell if you're pressing the button or sending it via a refresh].

Any freeze rate chance there?

The easiest way to get him(and the way i got him) is to use a Ferocious Negg

Ferocious Negg:
Add 1-3 Strength to your Neopet,And give the pet a random disease.

The Chance is 25% to get the Sneezles.

I have confirmed on 11 uses of Ferocious Negg i have gotten Sneezles 3 Times.

It might be expensive but it's usefull.

After i got the Sneezles i directly beat him after:)

he's actually quite easy ^^
