Is this trading post thing a scam? When i was looking at the trading post, one of the person said that ' Offer 20k or 100k (If you offer 100k, I will tell you the pw imediate) in one of my trades, then I will tell you my pw once you offer. Don't worry, You will get the money back. If you offer 100k, you can have everything in my box and take the money'
Does that mean it is a scam cause i don't know if your allowed to that?

Seriously, if you even had to ask, you deserve to be tricked.

I wonder how people like this even survive daily life x_X

I do not like being tricked cause i alrealdy got hacked 2 times for using a program and now i am gonna get tricked in geting nothing. If you want i can you the username of the owner but you have to email him, so he knows that.

I really do think that scams that rely solely on the stupidity/greed of the mark should be legal.
Anyone dumb or greedy enough to fall for them, deserves to lose what they lose.

You don't get tricked if you don't fall for the scam...

That means either someone was stupid enough to fall for the scam or someone reported it to TNT and it was taken off. I doubt the latter though. TNT is too incompetent to deal with things that quickly.

Dude...if someone wanted to give their password away, why would that person need an additional 80k? ...

I agree with Joe

Sounds like it was definitely a scam to me...

And I'd agree with Joe if everyone in Neopia was over the age of... maybe 13. If you're 13 or older and you fall for a scam, you probably deserved it.

However, when I went away to college my little brother started playing Neopets to play with me, and he was 9 years old at the time. Poor thing fell for a scam because he didn't understand. dry.gif

Why do you even bother asking? I mean, come on. Anyone with the least bit of logic can figure out this is a scam.

Anyone offering to give away their password is scamming, as well as anyone asking for np that isnt worth the value of the items in along with secrets or passwords ect.

Its a scam. They take your neopoints, trade them to their main account then they dont care if you report that small one.
