Hey,

do any of you guys send messages to your site's members by email newsletters? how much does it cost you on average per recipient. I'm thinking about starting my own email newspaper delivery service (1.5 cents US per recipient + 5 dollars delivery fee) and was thinking about how much it usually costs you guys when you send them out. also, when i say newsletters, i dont mean ones that are text only. I mean professionally designed newsletters by me.

I rarely send out newsletters unless they're something that involves the entire community. When I do send them out, I make my own or have somebody design an e-mail which involves pictures of recent events and then the notice. I didn't realize there are professional newsletter services, good luck with that.
