Utter bollocks.
Your body outputs no electricity, it's all used.

Besides which, you can't measure your bioelectric potential from your heartrate.

If the human uses all electricity it produces how do you explain a static charge then? or a muscle spazzam?

Static electricity isn't produced by the body itself, and a muscle spasm -is- using electricity.

But from what I learnt, Sunscorch is correct, unless this test means how much is "outputted" the instant before it is used blink.gif

Hmm, my heart rate is 84. That can't be good. Though I can't find a reference, all the sites either say like 18+ or stop at 12.
