I bet they will go up the closer to Christmas you get. And anyway, as long as they sell for 50k plus I'll make a decent profit.

yeah, they ALWAYS go up during christmas... however, since there are probably a lot of hoarders right now, don't expect a dramatic change this year. but of course once everyone buys and paints then the market should return to normal

Actually this year's advent calendar was the second time they gave out the Christmas Paintbrush. I think I got one back in year 2 or 3.

Are you sure? Because I think it was a more recent Advent.
Not last year, but the year before was the last time they gave it away.

I saw a shop on the wiz that was selling 20 of them for 32k last night.

I don't understand how someone could actually have that many and make a profit without having multis.

They probably used a user shop auto buyer to buy all the PB's that new players put up for sale for like 100np.

I'm hoping they rise back up in price fairly decently, even if it's not soon. I'm sitting on about 50 of the things.

Least I'm not stupid enough to try and sell them all at once. Market Flooding like that = big nono.

I decided to paint my Cubunny with it, even though it's quite plain. Well, better than nothing though

First pet I ever painted was in christmas I thought it looked really good. I remember buying the paintbrush for less than 50k and almost dying for having to part with that much

My first paint was a Glowing PB. I remember I bought it in a rush before school while I was looking around for different PB's.
It was something around 100K..

A little late in the response, but yes the Christmas paintbrush was given out back in Year 3. I'm sure If you some how unban my account you'll find the original still on it. =x

hmm I've sniped a few from the auctions that were under 30k for a quick turn but I don't see them getting over 50k this season since there were so many hoarders.

I don't think that TNT has any idea of what they are doing. First they give out lots of x-mas paintbrushes knowing that there would be lots of hoarders to grab them(myself included) and then they gave out piece #9 of the SLM just to deflate them. Lol They are really making this too easy to make neopoints.
