There are a few things where I come from many people may find strange combos come to think of it like:

Poutine: fries + cheese curd (or mozzarella) + gravy

fries + dressing (turky stuffing) + gravy

bologna + gravy

thats just to list a few

Seem pretty normal if you ask me.

Cheese pizza and chocolate pudding actually make a really good combination.
