I mainly think about what I have to do tomorrow and give myself somewhat of a self -evaluation.

I mostly think about my boyfriend, seeing as how he and I are always on the phone with one another before we fall asleep.

I go to REMOVED and read stories.

And then I can't go to sleep. :|

EDIT by Tetiel: please don't link to 4chan. Seeing as how even on /x/ they post bad pictures xD Like just 5 threads down there was porn. Against site rules and all ^^;

I think about... really random stuff. If I was writing a program, I'll be thinking about solutions while I sleep. It gets kind of annoying since I have to write them down before I can really fall asleep and they come at random times sad.gif

Otherwise... I think about a very special person.

If I'm not that tired:
I usually think of what I'm doing tomorrow(much like what you do). If I'm doing something tomorrow which makes me nervous, like a hard test, I'll avoid thinking about it. Then, my mind will usually just wander into some random shit until I think myself to sleep. tongue.gif
If I'm extremely tired:
I just focus on going to sleep. I'll usually be asleep in about 5-10 minutes that way. tongue.gif

Attempting to think about something while falling asleep is actually counterproductive as it keeps your mind active and thus awake. Instead it's a good idea to just let your thoughts do whatever they please which in my case are entirely random especially when I'm in the first stage of sleep.

Normally, I think about what's happened during the day and about tomorrow's work or upcoming plans. It's crazy that you ask this, because I've had so many ideas these past few days while just laying in bed. I have two video self-projects coming up and these past few nights have given me so much insight on how, what, and why I want to start the videos.

Usually it's completely random, occasionally something to do with the pillows not being comfortable enough.

I find it extremely hard to think about one thing while I'm trying to go to sleep, my mind races from topic to topic, never staying on one of them for more than a few seconds. 1we8.gif

Oh and also about the shit I have to do tomorrow dry.gif.

It all depends what I was doing just before getting ready for bed, what happened that day or what is going on the following day so sometimes its hard to say.

Last night it was about here to be honest it was the last thing I was doing before I went to bed so I was thinking of things I could do here to more like reading more into the graphics tutorails because I suck so much lol ... this place is as if not more addicting then neopets for me now! smile.gif

A lot of stuff, about the girl that I like, facts that happened, past dreams, even codex sometimes tongue.gif. My book used(still use to sometimes) flow on my mind before I get to sleep, and when I wake up I can write biggrin.gif

I usually take 30 minutes + to sleep

Your dreams must be strange. tongue.gif What you think about before you go to bed is usually the topic of your first dream cycle. I've tried to induce dreaming, but meh- no results. unsure.gif

Sunscorch-Look into a topic called Lucid Dreaming. I think you'll like the possibilities, eh, Joe? (Can I call you that blink.gif ?)

I usually think about the main character of my story, so if I DO Lucid dream, I can entertain myself. biggrin.gif

EDIT: I'm a dumbass.

I'm the same. I try to focus on my thoughts above, but I always get distracted. dry.gif Stupid creativity ( tongue.gif )

I kinda 'daydream' before I drift off into sleep. I would tell you what I daydream about but then you all would think I'm a nerd with no life.
