Discuss CHEESE!

It totally needed its own topic, and I made it because I'm whoring IPBStore points.

Now obviously, brie is among the best cheeses ever:

Along with stilton:

And Bavarian Smoked cheese:

(which apparently goes well with walnut cake... blink.gif)

But what are your faves, and why?

Behh!
I'm a loser because I've never had ANY of those cheeses!
>.<
I'm guilty of liking the fat free processed Great Value 'American' cheese...
Yeah... someone send me some exotic cheese! biggrin.gif

I'm not a fan of cheese to be honest....I don't mind it melted onto some chicken or toast but that is about as far as I go tongue.gif

Aye, it did. Munster is a rather good one as well. I don't know the name but there was this one my mother bought for a dinner party and it was a raspberry cheese and it was quite delish.

Though I'm also partial to this wonderful mozzarella fondue they serve at Olive Garden. And DUDE... I totally forgot Feta biggrin.gif

Feta is betta as my dad says

WHAT?! I didn't notice that you were whoring IBStore points at all! tongue.gif

ANYWAY. My favorite cheeses are just really basic. Cheddar, mozzarella, colby jack, american, nothing special. tongue.gif I haven't had much brie cheese, but I like it though. biggrin.gif

Very true. Many cheeses do come together better with something else, rather than on their own.

I have to say, I'm a fan of Feta, and Sharp Cheddar Cheeses.

Mmmmm

And Cream Cheese as well. XD

But another really good cheese that's softish is Port Salut Cheese. I never see it anywhere, but it's soft enough to spread. So. Good.

Mmmm.

I'm not a big enough of a cheese fan to know or to even have eaten those types of cheese. I like good old Mozzarella.
